Saw the WM stadium of TV last night...NOt impressed. Not in the same league as either of the HS stadiums in St Charles Parish (Desty, Hahnville).

FYI....Watkins = Wide out for Destrehans first state championship tema...played with Jordan Jefferson

Listen to the noise at the dome this Saturday...and try to remember the last time Tiger Stadium was that loud...as a Saints fan and LSU alum I will tell you that by and large the Saints fans are not the "corporate" types that are beginning to fill Tiger Stadium. I cannot understand why we cant pull for our NFL team on Sundays and our state school on Saturdays ??

Best advice....After cooking get the temp down asap - Have had one spoil on christmas morning - not fun - Have had it happen to many friends also. We now place the pot in a ice water bath after removing from the fire - before we put into fridge

FYI - S Plaq (repeat) , Belle Chasse, Desty (repeat), John Curtis ( 5 in a row) - All State Champs in 2008...I believe they are all from s la...like most things...cycles

Agreed....Have never heard it at the dome so loud. BTW the Saints tickets are about the same cost as LSUs

Les was at Hahnville today with Larry Porter visiting Alfred Blue - Was at the 1st half of the Dutchtown game and back for the 2nd half of the Hahnville - Destrehan game.
