Ok, so I ran into Mr. Plauche himself today. He told me he is flattered with the overwhelming support from the LSU nation. However, because of his age Les is a little hesitant to sign him, so that is why he went the LSUA flag football route. Plauche will be at the Bash though and will continue to support LSU. Hats off to this 40 year old Tebow like QB. I'll be in the stands at LSUA watching him lead his team to a intramural championship. WOOOOOOO :dude:

Best wishes to this kid. He's a great ballplayer that Bama will miss. Had to hang up basketball this season because of his knee. Steele is a senior, so best wishes. IRONEAGLE is a class act. :usa:

Robbie has signed on at LSUA to play flag football. ESPN will cover the signing live from Kyrle's Club.

I've seen him play a few times this season. My cousin plays for Redemptorist so I make a few of their games. He's a tall kid he isn't finished growing yet. Incredible athlete who will be a great player. He was only a freshman for the Wolves this year, so his body and his game have a lot of maturing to do. He had a lot of upside. Good hands that will only improve and the kid can go up and get the ball.

I don't know if we recruiting this kid but we need to. He's been the starting QB at Plaucheville High School for the last 2 years. He's 6'0 with a rocket arm, pure pocket passes and Tebow like size. He's a junior this year and threw for 3,400 yards with 32 touchdown and 7 INT. Let might want to think about looking at this kid. As far as I know nobody has really shown any interest yet, but he can play. One of his receivers Gavin Waldon says he has to wear special gloves because the ball comes in so hard. Robbie did connect with Gavin on a 87 yard touchdown and the ball was in the air for at least 70 yards. I'm telling you this kid is for real.

This would be a big first win. We need this one because we'll have a tough time winning at Arkansas and Mississippi State. Johnson has to start scoring the ball more and become more of a threat inside.
