Congrats, 225. Your boys really played hard and took it to us. Y'all beat your blocks regularly and disrupted us before we could get into space. Y'all got a good team and i'm sure next year will be a great year for y'all. Hopefully we'll keep improving and can take a step up next year. Our young team was just too inconsistent this year, but it is to be expected with a very young team running a radically different O then they are used too. Still a much better season than the 3 or 4 wins most expected us to have this year.

I;m stunned that Paul Johnson said that we didn't belong on the field.

Does anybody have a reference for this or are y'all just making it up?
Boy that JJ really looked good, our cover skills suck, but he looked really sharp for a true fresh QB. I think both teams have bright futures. You guys really exploited our biggest weakness in our Oline. Your boys played the cut blocks tremendously. Our linemen, who are I form pass and run blockers, struggled all year and even worse in this game.
well, you guys really hand us our arse. your guys were flying around out there and consistently beating their blocks. our boys seemed really rusty and were playing slow. congrats on the win!

i think our blue looks not as terrible as our gold ones. i use to care about the uni's but since we went to our new arena league uni's this year no matter what color combo we do it's looks like crap. that's just me though, i liked our old standard strips around the arm and down the legs.

actually for the last decade or so our home jersey has been gold. this year we went back to tradition and wore white home and away. blue has always been an alternate expect for scattered seasons.

if your guys could find it in their heart to let us get 414 yards rushing, we'd be the top rushing team in the country. we're currently 2nd behind CPJ's old team Navy. we'd really appreciate it.

i agree, i mean you guys put like 30+ points a game IIRC. i imagine it'll be like the UGA game to be honest. hopefully our guys are ready for another fight.
well, we have a 4 star WR coming in next year and dwyer lead the ACC in rushing by a long shot while "spliting carries". I believe there are plenty of players that want to play in our system.

ssgrice, yeah people talk out there arse. i think it will be a close game. i think the spread indicates that.
Army just hired Ellerson from Cal Poly who used to coach with CPJ at Hawaii and he runs our O but CPJ said he throws in a some Wing T stuff, so it got me curious.
hahaha

we have been very bad with the fumbles this year...but for future reference i'll just point out that navy, who runs the O a lot smoother than us at this point, was top 10 this season and most seasons i believe in fewest turnovers.
i'm excited to see how it all shakes out

the fsu win was a strong one for us too, the offense was clicking. we opened up a big lead, but they made a strong comeback attempt when our QB got knocked out early in the 4th IIRC. backup QB didn't have it that night.
our slotbacks are typically your speedy halfback types with good hands, although a couple off our slotbacks are former wide receivers.

Good luck with that.
oh ok, i must have just seen some basic plays...so the QB is actually reading the D on some of those plays. Thanks.
I honestly don't know a ton about the Wing T, but I've looked up a little bit. I haven't found anything that shows option plays out of the Wing T formation. Is this y'alls understanding of it? There are fake handoffs but no options.
who figured it out? some of the highest scoring offenses ever where those oklahoma and nebraska teams in the 80s and 90s.
