you could probably get a cheaper all inclusive to cancun than in states. I heard of one in the keys but I haven't heard any feedback. I'm not sure how it is now since covid but United had a direct flight from New Orleans to Cancun, so easy and in 1 to 1 1/2 hours you were in Cancun. Good Luck...

Almond Tree Hotel, its right off Duval but further down from the busy part. We walked everywhere we went. The staff is wonderful and there is breakfast they serve in courtyard and in the evening they had drinks, fruit trays, cheese and cracker boards, etc. That was a nice little touch...
