Update on one of my favorite Tigers from the last decade...

He was recalled to the Rockies active roster about 2.5 weeks ago. He had a bit of a hitting streak happening there...

Should still have some of that speed. Could be an interesting add at backup corner / sp. teams.

Have to give credit where credit is due.
We were all a little hard on this guy, and some of us questioned his ability to contribute to a Suberbowl-caliber team, but I think he stepped up tonight and definitely proved his worth.

Great interception too for an exclamation point.

Way to go kid, Atta Boy!

Finally putting up sack.

We see that gator chump... haha!

Maybe all it took was watching his alumni take a loss at the hands of the tigers.
"I had no idea what play was called,'' said Hebert. "As I kept looking at the clock, with time running out, all I knew was I didn't want time to run out on us like it did last year against Ole Miss.''

on Sidney Rice, say goodbye to the Vikings."

I think I can agree with this. Secondary looked strong last week as the did in the beginning of the season. It goes untalked about in the media most weeks, but Porter and especially Greer do an excellent job of shutting down the corners.

However, We escaped this weekend with no new injuries...

The Vikings meanwhile lost starting middle linebacker EJ Henderson for the season to a broken leg.

Magic Number - 1 game

Posted by clintron on 12/7/09 at 12:19 pm
Thanks in part to the Dallas loss, our Magic Number is now 1 game for a first-round bye in the playoffs.

It's still 3 games [with the Minnesota loss] for the #1 seed. Our percentage of winning that seed however is at 97% statistically

12-0

Most years we don't reach 12 wins.
Usually this time of the year we're looking at mock drafts... haha.

Destiny!

And we have already clinched a playoff spot.
2 more wins for a first round bye (as of now.)

Meachum had probable the best game of his career!

12-0
That fumble could have been inconclusive...

Now having said that... if they would have called it a fumble on the field like the eventually did after review, it would have gone for a defensive TD for McAlister.
I'd have to say the 2004 contest against Jacksonville... was wilder

Lost by a point after a furious comeback and an improbable finish.
I hope he "refreshed" your memory tonight!

Go Saints! Who Dat!?
Welcome Back, Welcome Back!

I tell you what, give him another week or two, and he's going to take that starting corner spot back...

WHO DAT!
The reports are that he wasn't limited in practice this week. Probable to start. Should start and be out there to some extent....

Also, it was also noted that Greer is probable to start as well. Bush as well. Both practiced on a limited basis this week.

Porter and Moore are both doubtful and neither have practiced this week.
"I pretty much made up in my mind that I really didn't want to be anywhere else..."

"I'm certainly happy to have an opportunity..."

With all this talk of others teams passing on McKenzie, maybe he really just wasn't interested in playing anywhere else. I'm certainly glad to have him back here. Give him a couple of weeks, and he'll be playing at the level that we are used to.

Perfect! 10-N.O.

This is crazy. Most seasons we don't even reach 10 wins, and we still have a ways to go...

I think we might be the first to clinch a playoff spot in the NFC... anybody do the math yet?
