You are looking at the wrong rule. Look at Rule 10, Ethics. It says that if a prospective athlete is engaged in soliciting extra-curricular offers, he is ineligible at all instititions until the NCAA reinstates his eligibility. I posted the rules in another post. Auburn is not in trouble unless they knew about the Cam allegations and played him anyway. They were supposed to petition the NCAA to clear him eligibility. If Auburn waits and plays him anyway, the NCAA can hammer Auburn.

Why do all of these politically correct post nazis keep challenging people who say what Jackson did was underhanded? It was. It wasn't a kid who was torn between two schools. It was kid who wanted to go to Tennessee, but chose to cause maximum harm to LSU because he listened to Kiffin and Coach O. I could care less whether he was a pawn or not. He did it, so he is a jerk.

I could care less what school the kid went to, but he said he was going to LSU, and he knowingly or ignorantly chose to tell LSU that he wanted to come to LSU, when he planned to attend TN. If you are not a Tiger, you are Tiger Bait. If you try to sabotage my Tigers, then you are lower than Tiger Bait.

It is called being a fan. And most of these PC Nazis on this board are wishy washy people. Grow a backbone and take a side. What he did was wrong. This is an LSU site. If I want to complain about it, this is why this site exists. I don't need some PC patsy telling me to adjust my feelings. Screw TN. I hope they lose every game. And I hope Jackson gets burned by Randle and the rest of our boys all game long in 2010.
