I don't want to overpower the lobster, but I do want some kick, not just poached seafood with butter.

Boiling Lobster

Anybody have any experience boiling lobster? I see a bunch of recipes from the northeast online, but they seem bland. What about boiling them Louisiana style?

We sat on the freaking Green Monster, watched BP from up there, had BP homers hit all around us, and goaded Roy Halladay into throwing us a ball. Did I mention we SAT ON THE GREEN MONSTER.

That is depressing to me and should be to you too. That and the Dbacks.

The Corner in the baseball thing is like vacuum packed Bourgeois jerky. Just keeping it fresh.

So Coon - you can be on a game thread at 11 at night taking shots at a team that you don't even follow, but somehow we're pathetic?

Can't force it, we were in the area for like 4 hours, with kids and all. The trip was enough to scratch Wrigley off of the "to do list", but that's about all.

Coon, we hardly passed any of the bars. We didn't even go on Addison south of Clark.

We rode the L to the game, walked in, sat in seats where we couldn't even see the top half of the scoreboard, walked out, and took the L home. Not representative at all. Still should have been enough to appreciate the unique setting, though.
