re: Trash left from Tailgaters on Saturday

I do not think you blame this on 17-20 year old idiots alone. I have seen the slobs who regularly tailgate on Nicholson Room between Skip Berman Drive and the Old Front Nine of the golf course....These guys/gals seem to intentionally try to make a mess to see just how much trash/garbage they can leave behind. I have always wondered why blatant acts like this are not at least patrolled and fined.

VOTE!
LSU's Mike the Tiger has been named to the Capital One All-America Mascot Team for the third year in a row. He'll compete in Capital One's annual mascot challenge against 11 other opponents, including Smokey from the University of Tennessee and Mr. C from Vanderbilt. Fans can go to capitalonebowl.com and vote for their favorite mascot in head-to-head challenges. The most popular mascot will be honored at the Capital One Bowl in Orlando, Fla., on Jan. 1.

If you look back at your comment, it was directed to ellis, I believe...thus the question begs to be asked "Who is the dumbarse here?"

Interesting. I have been following the Tigers since 1980 at home and on the road; and I can count with fingers on one hand the number of times I have experienced classless fans either from Tigers or the opponents. Perhaps it has to do with the way you handle yourself in these situations that determines what you experience.
Geaux Tigers!

That is a sad state of affairs. Some people seem to thrive in being low class. Fortunately, they are in the minority in the stadium, but perhaps in the majority on this Rant site.

Let's show our respect

My plea to all fans is to make this weekend one to be proud of. Our respect for each other and our environment are ways to demonstrate our resolve to be the best we can be.
We ask our players to be at their best. We should, in turn, do our best to make this a weekend that both Florida and LSU fans can relect upon on Sunday as one of the best football weekends ever.
Geaux Tigers! And for those of you that need the admonition..."Behave Yourselves!"

re: So, Alleva wants people to buy bowl tickets? Interesting....

I suggest our coach donate $1 mil of his $4mil plus salary to buy us all a $60 ticket. That might hold the fans over for the time being. That will put 16K plus in the stands. We can all wear "Fear the Hat" shirts in respect for the donor.
