We went through NOLA on our way to BR on Friday. I never imagined I would ever see 3 guys chained to each other all wearing arse-less leather chaps. Wow.

Okay, that makes sense. I guess I just wanted to see that crystal in person. As a season ticket holder for Clemson as well, I don't think I'll ever see it!!!

Jeez folks. You're taking my posts way too personally. Again, the main purpose was to finally bow to the SEC. I would love to see a night game at Tiger Stadium! I was hoping for that when the schedule was first released. I understand why the seats weren't filled and why it wasn't a typical gameday atmosphere. However, were any of you not disappointed about how the university introduced your LSU Tigers, the defending national champions? I imagined seeing the trophy on the field, etc.

Oh well, it's okay. I'm not regreting my decision to drive 24 hours round trip to watch the game, even though we (the school that has a track around our football field) got schalacked. We did put up a better fight than VT did last year, right? We ASU fans really appreciate the invite and hospitality. Every LSU fan around us was great. I hope you folks didn't have too much damage to your homes and businesses. You guys have been in our prayers. Good luck for the rest of the season.

panhandle and to all.

The main reason for my post was to say that I now believe the SEC is the best conference ever. Especially after what SC did to NC State and oh my gosh what bama did to clemson. Again, thanks for everything. Didn't want to piss you guys off. If you don't worry about entrances, thats alright. As one of you said, you sure did leave an impression. Cheers to a great start to your season. Good luck.
What's the typical entrance to the field, the Tiger Rag? South Carolina plays 2001, NC State walks in from the portals with the fans, Clemson runs down the hill. All of which seems to get the fans pumped. All I'm saying is that for the BCS National Champs, I would imagine a great introduction. You did have a fly by though. That was cool. Like I said, everything else was good, with all things considered. Thanks again for the invite. I would love to come down for a night game.

LSU is definitely NOT Michigan. I don't ever remember AE getting caught from behind like he did Saturday from the D-linemen. I will be pulling for LSU here on out.

However, I must say, the Death Valley experience was rather lame, especially as the Tigers took the field. I know it wasn't a typical day, but c'mon. This was the first home game after the NC. Maybe it's cause I grew in the "real" Death Valley where an entrance is important. But even App makes the entrance more exciting. The ROCK with 28,000 makes more noise than Tiger Stadium with 65,000. Maybe it doesn't matter too much, but you know what they say about first impressions.

Other than that, the fans were great, we enjoyed ourselves, and my smoked ribs for breakfast were excellent.

Thanks again for having us down. Good luck with the weather and good luck this year! Go Neers!
HI HI YIKAS.

Looking forward to my first real visit to an SEC school (columbia doesn't count) and some good food/beer. What's the best local brew that I should try?

Go 'Neers!!!!!!!!!!

Don't want to interrupt the flow, but I stumbled across your messageboard. I'm a Happy Appy heading down for the game. As I'm originally from Clemson, I can imagine that the free lots fill up quickly. Any suggestions on what lot I should first head towards?

Can't wait for the game. Hopefully you LSU fans dish out some good hospitality. I'm looking forward to some good cajun food.

One more question. Is there really a gay festival going on in New Orleans this weekend? We're from the bible belt and get a little quezy when we're out of our comfort zone. Do you think anyone would be offended if I wore my Adam & Eve not Adam & Steve shirt?

Thanks for letting me post. This is going to be a horrible four days in waiting. Go 'Neers!!!!
