Duane started back on the chemo last week and he is also back at work. He is doing well and appreciates all the thoughts and prayers.

Hi all! I just wanted to let everyone know that Duane had his kidney removed yesterday and in the words of the doctor he did fantastic! The surgery was scheduled to last 4-1/2 hours but only took half that because big D is so strong and in such great shape. He had a good night and was able to get up and sit in a chair for a little awhile. No word yet on when he will be released from the hospital but it probably won't be until sometime next week. Duane says he feels all the love, prayers and support and humbly requests that you keep them coming.

My mom talked to Holen's mother last week so I know he knows but not sure if he has talked to Duane.
