Couldn't sum it up better than that. Like you said, thought the town had character, but the 20 year olds really were obnoxious and just plain ignorant. We were tailgating in the Burgundy Lot with the DC alumni and after the game there was a group a 7 or 8 WVU guys just pissed off and just itching for a fight. Friday night on High Street was just idiotic. These students/youngin's had no class.

On the flip, tailgated with some WVU people that were next to us in the Burgundy Lot and had a blast. Thirty-something guys/girls that really were class acts that you would find in the SEC. Also, went around the RV lot with a WVU buddy and had a great time with at a bunch of WVU tailgates.

Had a great time overall, but would never go back to that place again.

re: Is Miles a Top 10 head coach?

Miles is only a top 10 coach if you only count the last 3 years. He is not a top ten active coach. There are plenty of coaches in college football that are better than Miles. What is working against him is he hasn't coached long enough and hasn't made a major impact anywhere except LSU.

Top Ten (Active) Coaches (not in order):
1 Pete Carroll
2 Jim Tressell
3 Bob Stoops
4 Rich Rodgriguez
5 Steve Spurrier
6 Bobby Bowden
7 Joe Paterno
8 Mack Brown
9 Frank Beamer
10 Urban Meyer

Some close calls Mark Richt, Nick Saban

Best Coaches over the last 3 years (not in order):
1 Urban Meyer
2 Les Miles
3 Pete Carroll
4 Jim Tressell
5 Rich Rodriguez

After these guys, there are a bunch of other coaches like Richt, Kelly, Schiano, Beamer, Brown, Spurrier, etc.. You guys can argue the rest.

The Sporting New list is just retarded. If the list was based on the last 3 years, then Miles should be a top ten coach. He has the second best record to Pete Carroll. I don't think overall that Miles is a top ten coach. But people on that list shouldn't be ahead of him like, Schiano, Leach, Kelly, Mangino, Grobe. Who are all good coaches, but Miles surpasses them with what he as achieved the last 3 years.

Regardless if Miles is an idiot, his record is something that can't be touched or reversed (Unless RP turns out to be Lester Earl). Personally, I am not a Miles fan, but as an LSU fan, it is hard to complain when you have a ring and bragging rights in a Damn Strong SEC.
