Can someone give me some info on what a "MegaPad" is? I know that a pad site is where they will place the well and drill, but what is the Megapad?

Does anyone think that Sirius stock is a good buy. It closed the other day at .45 cents per share. Any idea of the potential being that the merger is now completed. :usa: :nana:
Unleaded in Oklahoma last week for $2.78
Another quick question. How is it determined which gas company contacts a person. I have been contacted by JDP Energy, whereas other gas companies are contacting people like a mile away. It would be nice to be able to go to company to get a better rate if possible

Hey I live in south Sheveport. Few weeks ago, got offered $250 per lot. Waited a couple of weeks, now offer is up to $1000. Should I continue to hold or accept this offer? I was told that Fountenbleu estates in Keithville was getting $12500 per acre and that is like 3 miles south of where I live. So what's up with the difference
