summary of thursday, 4/2 scrimage

from tsd:

defense:

drake nevis stood out, along with pep on the d line.

chad jones had an interception. sounds as though he will have a break out season this year.

offense:

overall performed better.

none of the qb's seperated themselves. jarret lee did have a good day with td passes of 25yrds to deangelo peterson and 23yrds to brandon lafel.

coaches are asking more from kw this year, and seems to be pleasing the coaches with the way he's running. he had an 18yrd td run. murphy impressed the coaches aswell leading all rushers with 47 yrds on 6 carries (seems the coaches are always impressed with him in the spring).

he almost commited to lsu today, but decided to hold off. he says lsu is at the top of his list. lsu's tightends coach, coached justin's dad in college, and coach porter is friends with him (his father).

40 bucks for brand new ps3 ...

how is this legal? ... what's the catch? you fill out surveys and/or write articles; once you've filled out enough surveys you can purchase a ps3, among other electronics, for dirt cheap. anyone ever hear of this?

no shite it's beating a dead cow; i'm sick of the jj, jl threads; i want to know why people want one or the other to start, when it doesn't make a difference; whoever wins the job, is the better qb, who will provide lsu with the best oportunity to win.
quote:

Interestingly enough, I still do, however.

who do you want to start then?
quote:

So then that means I shouldn't care?

as long as the starting qb provides lsu with the best chance to win ... no, shouldn't care.
quote:

I do

why? it's not like you have any say over who starts, so why worry about it; i'll repeat myself, whoever is the starter, as long as they provide lsu with the best oportunity to win, what difference does it make ...
how many times does mitchel travel a game

Everybody thought JLee was the best option

wrong; the coaches thought hatch was the best option. he got hurt, and we saw why the coaches went with hatch over lee.

We would have one more games if they put JJ in sooner

you don't know this; lee had been in the system for over a year; jj was a true freshman; lee was the obvious choice early on in the season.

who cares who starts at qb ...

whoever starts come this fall, will obviously be the best option; whether it's jj, jl or whomever, what difference does it make, as long as the starting qb provides lsu with the best oportunity to win.
