Once you get addicted. Nothing can stop the dopamine train, no matter what you have around.
The life I've always wanted is taking shape from where I was a year ago because I have given up p*rn and alcohol. My health, finances and relationships have become the bedrock of my character. Vices are real, and they do physical damage to your brain even though you never see it in the moment.

For me, I eliminated all the triggers that open the doors for p*rn and alcohol. The goal is to beat the dopamine cycle with new triggers that give me steady pleasure.

4 months free of p*rn. When I am alone with my phone, I only do TD and podcasts. I put the settings on my phone so I can't google any restricted sites. I now communicate and plan with the wife when I need s*x. Because boy do I still do. That's just being a human. It has made my relationships with my wife and family better. It has made me stop being so mean all the time.

6 months free of alcohol. Socially this was hard. But now I just order a zero beer. So many places carry a version of 0% and if you are scared someone will judge you, LET THEM. Who gives a shite. Your pocket book will also thank you if you stop ordering drinks at dinner. My energy, my brain clarity and my overall health are so much better. I'm now able to consistently work out and build healthy habits.

Eliminate the triggers, build good habits, go work out and most of all, PUT YOUR PHONE AWAY.

It's not easy. It's hard. Don't do it alone.

You've got this.

What would you do if...

If we took a 24 year old, left handed, 6th year senior, with a history of 2 ACL tears, only 2 decent seasons in a terrible conference and just to sit behind Shough, to then get asked to start in year two, only to tear his ACL again, at the 8th pick?!

Is this one of those threads where you seek attention by letting everyone know you’re not watching baseball?

More of an HGTV guy
Maybe the Weather Channel?

Or 3 on 3 women’s basketball?

Don’t see anything else worth watching.
I bet we can get cheap tickets. Anyone want to go?

I’m such a bad troll. Maybe next year when I turn 13
He’s no Ben Simmons. Best 3p shooter to ever come through LSU
All the jerking I'm doing in bed watching brazzers with my zebra cakes and betting on sports.

Think of the most average intelligent person you know. Half the world is dumber than that person. It's shocking.
They say more about Trump then they do Iran.
