What is the typical retention rate for mineral rights by the seller when selling land in the WRP program? 100%? 50%? 0%? I understand it’s negotiable, but hoping to get some real-world numbers. Anyone here have practical experience with this? TIA

What is the market/demand for WRP (Wetlands Reserve Program) farm acreage for hunting or other uses? Any real use cases?

Reference: 1,000 acres South Central LA; 500 ft. frontage on LA State Hwy; Minerals included.
