Exactly. 13 seconds to make a life changing decision to save the life of another. Imagine the pressure and weight of making a decision like that.
Don't be a retard. I too grew up on that street. Nice headline to draw attention to yourself with "murder".

The neighbor (Richard Suarez or Richie Suarez) is a hero and you are disgusting for insinuating anything less.

The woman was running and screaming for her life into the neighbor's yard after the attacker, Shawn Quinn, entered her residence, grabbed a knife, and said he was going to kill her. She fled the house until he caught her and began attacking her with the knife stabbing her multiple times while she fought and cried desperately for help.

Suarez heard her screams and came to her rescue demanding Quinn to stop the attack, firing warning shots, a shot to a nonlethal area of the Quinn's body, and when that still didn't stop him from the attempted murder of the victim, the final shot which ended the attack.

Suarez and his family then rendered aid to the woman and her son, who almost had to watch his mother be murdered, until emergency responders arrived.

That man has been through a lot. He made an impossible decision that you most assuredly would have deferred, and he saved that woman's life in the literal nick of time. Show some respect.
