Before anyone melts, I am not saying this is signed and sealed. I am just putting something out there that a lot of people are ignoring because they are too busy arguing about buyouts and screenshots from X.

There is a reason Lane has been way too quiet this week. That man lives online. He cannot go twelve hours without liking something petty or posting a quote that makes everyone guess what it means. Suddenly he disappears. Suddenly he is all business. That never happens unless something is in motion.

I know someone who was at the Baton Rouge airport yesterday and there were people around who clearly were not the usual traffic. Looked like agent types. No team logos. No clue who they were. Just saying the energy was weird. Could be nothing. Could be something.

Lane knows what LSU is. He knows he can win here at a level he will never reach in Oxford. Recruiting. Money. Real expectations. If he wants a ring, this is the place. And if you think Woodward would hesitate for even one second on a guy who can drop fifty on anyone in the country, you have not been paying attention to how that man operates.

I am not calling my shot. I am just saying that everything feels a little too quiet for this to be nothing. Coaches do not go silent unless a move is in play.
