Looking into the history of this matchup and it’s actually pretty wild.

These two schools used to battle it out constantly back in the St. Aloysius days. They even played the first formal Catholic vs. Public city championship game back in 1955. But for some reason, they've only played about 10 times in recent history. Just feels odd for two historic NOLA programs to have such a huge gap when they have that much history.
