Tanked the baseball program into oblivion.
Had the worst MBB program in history.
Spent 120,000,000 on a Fball roster including $10M on a qb who may not even be ready for the fall.
Tanked softball.

Great start so far for Mr. Verge. Lsu is staring down a hole of irrelevance and this fan base is still running cover for Jay Johnson who clearly tanked this program as well. Maybe as a message to verge about money or whatever but Jay clearly tanked this season. No one goes from champion to bust in less than one year. So verge has a baseball coach who clearly doesn’t care or want to win this year and he won’t do anything about it. Meanwhile we are hearing rumors about an average MBB coach coming back to LSU’s. Thanks verge. Thanks for putting us on a track of irrelevance.

If they truly thought this was a remotely competent baseball team then they are probably the same ones who were telling us in July that BK would definitely have us in the playoff. Or the same ones who said Matt McMahon would get into the tournament.

Love that the fans are becoming more like you. Why not settle for being middle of the road?
