Grown men paying for trips to Exotica, why?

What’s the appeal of talking to porn stars and asking for their autograph?
Let’s talk about what DOGE has exposed and done right

Is anyone following the bickering that’s going on in Rural Montana right now?
I never realized how many small towns in rural America hang on by a thread—until I saw how many people rely on federal jobs to keep their local economies alive. Post offices, Forest Service offices, VA clinics, even those obscure Census Bureau roles—all of them are lifelines. I visited my cousin in a town of barely 2,000 people, and guess what? Half the folks we met either worked for the government or had a family member who did. Without those jobs, it’s not just a loss of income—it’s the school closing, the diner shutting down, the Main Street going dark.
Are these fed jobs considered fraudulent? What constitutes an administrative error to bring em back?

One thing that annoys me about people saying Canada as the 51st state

Is that it ignores all the provinces within Canada that would be considered separate states. If I’m not mistaken, it would be actually 58 states and not 51.
What happened to the sky screaming libs who lost their federal jobs?

My boy just got a federal job with the Army Corps of Engineers!
Trump is giving Americans real federal job opportunities and I’m grateful for that.

I think LSU should disbanded it’s football team and focus strictly on academics

Kids today would rather be streamers than study history or philosophy- and that’s a damn shame. Football should not be prioritized over training our kids with useful critical thinking skills.
Why does America suck at teaching immigration history?
Posted by JimHadAnAccident on 5/27/25 at 3:06 pm
I find it funny that America struggles with teaching immigration history effectively for several reasons, of which stem from political, cultural, and systemic biases in how history is curated and taught in schools.
A prime example of this is the lack of widespread understanding about the Chinese Exclusion Act of 1882—the first significant federal law that explicitly restricted immigration based on race and nationality. Despite its historic significance, it’s often glossed over or omitted entirely in K-12 education thanks in large part to Texas education and its influence.
Why does Trump get blamed for his immigration policies when we know America has had a border issue that dates back centuries?
