I’d say a 5. It’s really not that important. There’s enough references to people and events that occurred in the first game to piece things together.

It’s one of the best games I’ve ever played. Right up there with RPG’s like Mass Effect 2, Baldur’s Gate 3, The Witcher 3, Chrono Trigger etc

Once you learn the master strike from Tomcat, upgrade your armor, and get the Basilard sword you’ll be on easy street until you reach Trosky. Just stick with it, explore, and learn how to pickpocket and unlock chests.
