Shoulder pain

Need advice for reducing the risk of shoulder injury. It seems that every time I get to 205 on the bench, I develop some little injury in my shoulder. About a month and a half ago it was the back part of my shoulder, now I have a little tweak in the front.

These guys are probably great College players, but in the NFL, they can’t block. qBs can’t survive like this.
It would be nice if everyone would post and area where they are receiving and not receiving. Also, if it’s an indoor or outdoor antenna
Live on Thibodeaux and do not catch Baton Rouge or New Orleans with an indoor antenna. Had my camper here and tried it with an amplified outdoor antenna and still no reception for Baton Rouge or New Orleans.

I live in Thibodaux and was wondering if anyone in my area has been able to catch the Pelicans games on an indoor antenna?
Some of the HD antennas don’t do a good job of catching VHF channels. You need to be aware of what it can receive the best, VHF, UHF, or DTV.
Was wondering what kind of cell signal you are getting offshore from Grand Isle and Port Fourchon. Seems like a few miles would be achievable.

Funny you say that because as a child, my uncle and I sat on a dock in pointe aux chene and caught a ton of them for crab lines. We did pretty good.

Put some traps out Saturday on the Island. Tide wasn’t the best but we still caught enough to boil. I used a smorgasbord of bail, fish heads, chicken wings, and shrimp heads, all mixed together. Was waiting to see what everyone else uses and finds works the best.
