Not sure what your point is but I was saying people are making too much of Spring Game stats...the offense is scaled back and the defense has the advantage of being very familiar with certain plays/looks the offense runs already. Do I think JJ looked all that great? No. Do I think Mett should start just because JJ went 4 for 14 in game? No.

No doubt Mett has the skills to be a great QB but he needs experience and reps....do you really want a QB who has yet to start a D1 game open the season as starter against a top 5 team?

Exactly-I know we have Turner and Warren out right now but you would think we would compete a little more-players just don't seem to play for Johnson....I mean that beat down by 27 at home to Ole Miss was terrible.

Our linebacking core is what worries me...having new starter at MLB to open against this offense is kinda scary-they have a lot of juice coming back in that backfield.

I know there are different reasons for them to interview you dumb frick...that is not my arguement...If you could read and comprehend you would know that my arguement stemmed to the fact that Griese said there was no way Miles would be offered the job....my point is that this is the second time they have tried to get Miles and they got him neither time....Griese is a Michigan backer who is trying to make it look like they didn't really want him.....that doesn't seem to be the facts if you look at everything that has gone on over the past two attempts they have made.....

Just because he was a smart NFL qb doesnt mean he knows shite about what went on with this whole thing....he is giving his opinion...obviously because if there was no way he would be offered job then they wouldn't be talking to him-its that simple
