They need to put a logo out there with a coiled up cobra coming out of a basket with a turban guy blowing a piccolo. Still call them the Redskins :dude:
re: I Wonder why Crime is down in DC & Memphis? What could it be?
Posted by MongoSooner on 4/17/26 at 3:08 pm to GatorOnAnIsland
Of course they’re going down. The Biden and soros DAs around the country were able to make crime stats seem as though they were falling, when in fact those DAs were refusing to take many of those cases to trial. No charges, no crime.
I love how the left loves to throw stats around. The stats that crime is lower have been manipulated, probably by the same people that tried to tell us every death ina America was somehow related to Covid. Who makes up these stats and who is responsible for analyzing these statistics? In the leftist power structure, it would be the same people doing both. :banghead:

Sounds great in theory, but the Dems have already proven they own this type of narrative. Remember Kavanaugh? Remember the ugly old skank winning millions on a fake rape charge against Trump? I smell the potential of another Dem run operation. Me Too pt.2.

Damn y’all. Are foreign women too stupid to piss on a stick? You get the result in a minute. If it turns whatever color is preggo, they can turn their arse around and get back on the plane.

Yep wouldn’t care for that. Don’t think that’s where y’all end up. Win and that’s another data point in your favor to move up. Georgia could fall to that 8-9 slot. Hate this first rd rematch crap. ND a&m game as well

Like a breath of fresh air. Really don’t like those people or their fan base. The jealousy in that tribe is ripe. They have a large iron1945 national championship proclamation in one end zone. The same year that they lost 2 games and I believe army went undefeated. They bid on that unclaimed NC trophy from the AFCA about 10-15 yrs ago and have no shame in displaying it. If you can’t build it, buy it. :pimp:

Great list! I can’t remember what tOSU was ranked in that 77 game but it was a big one
re: Who was the best cfb team that Oklahoma ever lost to?

I would say the ‘86 and ‘87 Miami teams. We went 30-3 from ‘85-87 and all three losses were to them. We won the NC in 85, our lone loss was to Miami in the last game Troy Aikman played for us as he broke his leg in the first half.

Drink might notice that he just lost one sure win with the 9 game schedule. A schedule that probably gets harder than what they’ve played the last two years. Might be a good time to jump

Let’s get a few things straight about yesterday’s game in Norman.
1) The officiating was poor. When Oklahoma was headed for the SEC I warned OU fans that SEC refs were likely the only refs in football worse than the B12 refs. This group might also be the worst set of SEC refs
2). The score that was overturned as an incomplete pass was the right call. No expert has looked at that and disagreed. He never had control of that ball. If you look closely at the replay, the defender had the ball pinned against the receiver momentarily, but the receiver never had control.
3). On the double pass, pass interference, the ref just missed it. He was in the right position, but facing the wrong way. However. Auburn scored on that drive, so that penalty had no bearing on the game.
I would also add that on the pass interference later called in the end zone, that ball was likely not catchable. However, the defender held the receiver. Holding was the correct call. Holding would have been half the distance instead of placing the ball at the 2. Those extra yards could well have made a difference.
4). All teams suffer from bad calls. OU was without R Mason Thomas in the first half because of a bad targeting call. Put him on the field in the first half and OU may have had 15 sacks. That bad call (from last week) probably had more effect on the game than any other call.
5). On the “deception” call, the refs once again got something wrong. But OU inquired about this before the game. Had the ref gottten it right, the play wouid have never happened. OU may have still driven down and scored, but very likely scores at least 3 from that spot on the field.
6). I counted at least 9 missed holding calls on Auburn, and 5 on Oklahoma. Several of these on 3rd downs. If we are going to start reassigning points to fantasize about Auburn winning, are we going to ignore these 14 plays?
Good luck going forward Auburn. Your receivers alone will keep you in a lot of games. Jackson Arnold is a great kid and developing into a solid QB. He is going to win a lot of games for you.
