quote:I've not read this anywhere, and it doesn't seem to make sense. Nazi policy was against birth control, and Sanger's books were among the first that they burned.
Sanger was also a major contributor to Hitler's plan for exterminating the Jews
Can you provide a source?

quote:This seems correct.
Due process for criminal illegal immigrants is done in immigration courts…..not Federal District Courts.
So, what due process was first afforded by an immigration court to the planeload of Venezuelans, before they were tagged "Tren de Aragua" and flown to El Salvador?
In other words, did they get a hearing before an immigration court, at which they were proven to be members of Tren de Aragua?

Can a US president just unilaterally grab any foreigner on US soil, claim that this person is a member of Tren de Aragua and deport that person?quote:
if it applies he can grab any venezuelan.
Because my understanding is that it was used to justify the detention of American-born US citizens of Japanese, German and Italian descent during WW2. None of those persons was "from" Japan, Germany or Italy.

Alien Enemies Act does apply to Tren de Aragua
Can a US president just unilaterally grab any foreigner on US soil, claim that this person is a member of Tren de Aragua and deport that person?
In other words, does the Alien Enemies Act allow a president just grab Sven Olafsen off the street, wave a Tren de Aragua wand over him, and send Sven to a Salvadorn hellhole for the duration?

quote:As I understand it, the only area in which Canada had reasonably-high tariffs pre-2025 was dairy and related products, and those tariffs were negotiated with the first Trump Administration as part of revising NAFTA into USMCA.
All we did was reciprocate tariffs and Canada ackin’ like a lil’ beech.
Makes you wonder f they knew they were getting away with economic murder for years.
Had Canada imposed burdensome tariffs in violation of the USMCA?
Would the US be justified in imposing "reciprocal tariffs" to counter dairy tariffs which were negotiated five years ago and to which the first Trump administration agreed?

Male Karen runs over little girl while raging at Tesla owner
I see a road rage confrontation for no obvious reason, with two dudes jawing at each other. Then one of them hits a child on a bicycle due to inattentiveness.
How are Teslas or Karens involved here?

Did Planned Parenthood conduct abortions under Sanger's leadership?
Margaret Sanger retired as head of the organization in 1959. Was it performing abortions at that time?

Who cares if they get that diphthong just exactly right, as long as we can tell generally where the character is supposed to come from?
The Texas accent has a half dozen regional variants. If a film is set in New York, and there is ONE Texas character from West Texas, who CARES if the character occasionally pronounces a vowel as if he were from Tyler?
