Where the heck did you even find the original Silverback? I have checked every time he has had a sale on the old programs and have yet to see it listed.

When everyone says they have run Arm Farm for the umpteenth time, which arm farm are we talking about - OG or remastered? I have both and they seem totally different, though both emphasize the arms over anything else.
OG seems more strength based and remastered seems to be more hypertrophy based. Which one is everyone running first and which one has everyone seen better results from?

I loved 70's big, but sometimes those workouts were almost at 2 hrs and in Where I am at, my garage is at least 88 degrees at 4am - So that would be a no bueno.
I was originally looking at hypertrophy and then hypertrophy remastered and that is when Pump City struck my eye. Pump City looked like hypertrophy remastered but in a PPL format.

anyone run both summer stacked and pump city and if so, what are your opinions. From the looks of it, pump city looks to be more hypertrophy based with a lot more bodybuilding accessories.
I ran summer stacked 2x and got to day 9 or so after the Widowmaker squats only to run out of steam the week after due to those.

Pool season looks pretty good. I think i will give that a try.
not that much strength though. :)
I did Strongville before 70's big and I felt like i was grinding going into that last week.
I will look at periodic.

strength!
So what's everyone's recommendation after 70's big? I'm just about done with it, and am looking to try something else.
so far i have done
70's Big - so far so good. It is a great program with a lot of variety and definitely not as difficult as I had expected. Though I do have Day 17 tomorrow with the 100 squats.
Silverback 3x - love this program.
Strongville - wore myself down on the final week and couldn't finish due to not enough sleep. Didn't take a proper deload between silverback and this.
Hypertrophy Remastered - started it 2x and couldn't continue due to lack of sleep.
I am thinking either Oaktree or Brickhouse?
I have progressed the most since taking up PPSA programming, that i have in the prior 5 years. I think i will stick to his plans from here on out.

I just ran Hypertrophy Remastered last month and posted my daily notes in this thread. It hits the big 3 twice a week and took roughly 90 min/day.
Thanks, i will see if i can locate it.
Trying to search for reviews of Hypertrophy remastered and I can't seem to find a single one.
What is the consensus of this program as it seems like the next step after silverback with higher rep ranges.

I couldn't continue, felt something in my back that didn't feel right and will have to de-load further. I might have to build up to this by doing Hyper-trophy first and or Strongvile to break me in a little.
After day 2 i felt like i had done an endurance MTB race or something the next day. Then this morning i felt a pinch in my lower back and knew i better back off for a bit longer.

That 70's Big is definitely a big boy program - wholly smokes i am fried after the 1st squat day yesterday.
Strongville looked good when i looked it over. Maybe i will try that one.
70's big looked like it would take too much time.
Now that i look at the 70's big in depth, it looks very interesting. i Might give that a try after a nice week deload.

Strength for another 2 rounds and then will look at maybe hypertrophy.
I tried hypertrophy months ago and that might have been too much volume at the time.
Oak tree remastered looks like the logical step as you can run it 4 days per week.

Long time lurker, first time poster here.
I'm on my second run of Silverback (back to back) and have seen probably the best gains i have seen since i was a newbie. What is the general consensus for the next program to go to after this one? as i am getting a little bored of it.
Prefer 4 days and 1-1.5 hr in the gym, but willing to do 5 days.
