I’m 32, 128 lbs probably 15% body fat or lower. I run 10 miles a week at least and lift twice a week. I’m in great shape strength standards wise and cardiovascular shape wise. I constantly have a blood pressure of 135/90. My apolioprotien B levels are 131 mg/dl. My HDL is 73 mg/dl, LDL is 176 mg/dl, triglycerides are 52 mg/dl, total chlosterol is 249 mg/dl. LDL particles total is 1976 nmol/L.

Have I just been dealt a crappy genetic hand?

Both grandfather and grandmother had ASCVD issues.

So I have a large cash/bond index fund position but I would like to get it into the S&P500 and just forget about investing forever.

The problem is, and this just may be my naïveté, I look at stock market valuations and things like Sahm Rule, US10Y-US02Y, but I also wonder if it really matters because my horizon is 30+ years.

Should I just do 15% per quarter starting the new year for two years? Or what?

Thinking about sending our kids to the school but the wife and I are wondering how the school is academically and religiously what its future outlook is?
