Surprised I haven’t seen any Aggie fans chime in here since we have been through way too many gut wrenching losses through out our history but I’ll chime in! I would say the Miami CFP game at Kyle considering it was probably the biggest A&M football game in my lifetime but then Miami made it all the way to the Natty so it didn’t feel as bad as it did but the way we lost was so gut wrenching. The next one would probably be 2024 Texas. After all the build up for years of bringing that game back and then add it with an SEC title/CFP berth on the line and they just straight up kicked our arse at home with an injured Quinn Ewers…painful
Why not I’ll give you an honorable mention….without a doubt 2011 Texas needs to be mentioned since at the time this was probably the worst loss in A&M football history but I think history has now forgiven this game because I think if we won that game the trajectory of A&M would have been very different in 2012. Sherman would have been the coach still which would have lead to Johnny never starting and not winning the Heisman.
Other honorable mentions is probably 2013 Bama and 2013 Auburn. 2013 Bama was probably the biggest game ever at Kyle Field during that time and come to find out we had the worst defense in the history of the program that season. That 2013 season would have been so different if we had just an average defense. Wasted year for Johnny

To be fair I’m actually pissed Mizzou is one of our 3 permanent opponents. It should be Texas, LSU and Arkansas. No offense to Mizzou I understand we have big 12 history and we came to the SEC together but those 3 are currently the longest running rivalries we have. We have played Arkansas every year since 2009 and the fact that this year is the last year we are playing them consistently makes no sense to me.
My list is conflicted now. During the Saban years I would say LSU/Bama because I don’t think anyone can deny this was always the game of the year during those years. That game was way more important and way more fun to watch than Bama/Tenn idc what bama fans say. Now with Saban gone this game doesn’t mean as much anymore but with LK the game could mean more again.
My 2nd choice would probably be Red River for obvious reasons.

I’ve been an Aggie fan since I was 8 years old…the only times I ever think of UGA football is if they are playing Bama/Texas or any sort of playoff game and reading about who’s in jail now at the Athens Clarke County jail. Sorry buddy no one in Aggieland gives af about your program no matter how many natties you win. You might as well be a non conference game to us

That was their ceiling with Sorsby. Without him they have no QB to rely on.

Coming from a neutral fan who went to a RRS a couple of years ago to experience it and it’s exactly what you said. There was no animosity whatsoever and they were basically celebrating their SEC bid together. Great atmosphere and a good time though.

We won’t be seeing the HS horn fans around. They hide for days when they get their arse beat

Jesus brother it’s a 5 point game in the 1st half lmao
Well UVA is doing UVA things. You can always count on them to get bounced out early in the tourney

UH is gonna be tough. St Mary’s was obviously not prepared for a full court press for the entire game and didn’t have the speed to keep up but UH will be. But no matter what happens tomorrow Bucky has exceeded well beyond our expectations for this year already and I’m proud of the way this team came together.

You can argue it is the 4th best league behind the SEC, ACC and Big 12. Way better baseball in the SBC than the Big 10. Didn’t think that maybe 15-20 years ago with Coastal, ULL, and USM being what they are now.

S/O to Sunbelt Baseball. Very underrated baseball league

They basically put the big SEC games on ESPN2 most of the time except on Saturdays which is awful. They really watered down our basketball games. I think A&M was on the SEC Network for majority of the season outside of maybe 4-5 ESPN2 games.
Fight night at Reed!

Our season is basically on the line tonight. Proud of the energy and effort so far but this team is capable of blowing big leads with our style of play.

Don’t know the reason of this lame middle school smack talk thread but let’s see if you come back tomorrow night after the basketball game

You want to know the last time LSU has beaten us in either sport? January 2024…we have beaten them 4 in a row in basketball and 6 of the last 7 and now 2 in a row in football. Swamp kitties down bad.
