In our house, the wife's rims have small tires on black rims making it very noticeable if a curb is hit. On the other hand, my truck doesn't damage the rims if I hit the curb, just rubs the tire a little.

I stopped caring for a few reasons. The first was because I got married and only use my vehicles for a utility, vs. pleasure. I don't hop in them anymore to just go take a ride. The second, when I realized how much a dealership's "trade-in value" does not care how good you took care of it, as it's only numbers to them. The third, when it became easy to just go buy another one. I now use my time to do other things that I enjoy more at this stage in my life.
I will, however, hire someone to clean them from time to time. One vehicle is a nice SUV and this one is cleaned more often. On the other hand, my truck was probably washed about three times over the course of the last 12 months.

Just left USAA after 20 year... Shop it every year to 2 years. They all take advantage of you. Doesn't matter who. (They must have heard we all gett'n them VA disability payments)

I had an amazon driver do that, walk half way back to the truck and then came back and picked the package up. I'm guessing it was the wrong house because we weren't expecting anything.

I had this issue at my last house. I can't remember the name of the insecticide that I applied but I had to mix a gallon or so of water with the checmical to soak the roots. I also pressure washed the black soot looking material off of the tree. The next year it came back pretty strong. I would recommend looking at the website LINK to possibly purchase your chemicals. They have a wide variety of commercial products at a good price. Good luck
