Michigan’s staff will likely be turned over after this season. Jesse Minter and Mike Elston have ties to BK.

Mike Elston does have major Kelly ties. Grand Valley, Cincy, and Notre Damn.
I didn’t even realize Elston was at Michigan, thought he stayed at ND when Kelly left. He would be a great addition to the staff if Kelly can bring him south.

Maybe he is waiting for Michigan’s season to end? Several insiders have said they expect Michigan’s entire coaching staff to be gone after this season. Unless he has aspirations of taking a low level head coaching job this offseason or going back to the NFL, it’s hard to imagine many better jobs for Jesse Minter to land than at LSU. He was a GA for Brian Kelly back at Cincinnati as well for whatever that’s worth.
