It was an amazing trip, everything was top notch!! We searched to find you and were not successful, however (like everyone said) people were beyond welcoming and we linked up with another tailgate group.
This was the best pre game atmosphere we’ve been a part of and we thank you Tiger fans for a true showing of Southern Hospitality.
If any of you find your way up to Buckeye land let me know and I’ll gladly return the favor
Also, if we had heisman votes we know who we’d be voting for!

I wanted to thank everyone who responded here for the guidance. We are in Baton Rouge and excited for tomorrow. If you see 4 lost northerners in Hawaiian LSU shirts, and 1 tall buckeye, say hello and let’s have a beer!

In town early tomorrow and staying in Baton Rouge
We’re all from northwest Ohio but one of the group decided to recently move to Charlotte. We are a mix of University of Toledo (#MACtion) Grads and one Notre Dame guy.

Our group tries to blend is as best as possible so we don’t ruffle local feathers. One of our guys is unfortunately a Michigan fan. He didn’t do any advanced scouting of the LSU tailgate situation like we’d expect.

Hey tiger fans! My college buddies and I have been doing an annual college football trip. Being in our mid 30s and with kids, we look forward to these dude weekends. This is year two for us and we’re excited to check out LSU this weekend.
Does anyone have any must sees things or best bars to check out?
Is anyone having a tailgate that they’d be willing to invite us to show us a good ole tailgate? We are not looking to freeload and would pitch in $ and/or booze. We’re just looking to talk to some tiger fans, drink some beers, and check out the tailgate/game day atmosphere.
We appreciate any recommendations or invites.
