Too many problems with this team

Our strength and conditioning seem to be lacking (a team like Nicholls should not be pushing up around), we don't play as a cohesive team (hence lack of running game and poor defensive play), too may weak spots with players that aren't that good (safety, running back etc.), lack of head coach knowing how prepared his team is at the beginning of the year (every year). At least recruiting is looking up, but these guys need to be inspired to play harder and as a team, not individuals looking to be stars making bank.

We left a defensive end unblocked so may times and they got to running back before they could get passed the line of scrimmage.

Remember when we used to have a strong, fast defense that was fun to watch? We used to be top 20 most years. Now we are slow, get pushed around and make stupid mistakes all the time. We may as well move to the Big 12. :rolleyes:
