This is a customer pay program. 1.5% is added to the bill of all Entergy customers. That money pays for the entire program. No handouts, no TARP, no grants. If you don’t take advantage of it, you just pay for nothing....

Hi, I’m an energy efficiency contractor(Asyndant Energy, Inc, asynd.com)servicing the Cleco Power Wise residential energy efficiency program. Both Cleco and Entergy companies have Income Qualified and standard energy efficiency programs available to all utility customers. I can help.
