Landry’s comments today just made LSU football look hella dysfunctional. Publicly calls out the AD, says that Trump should make the hire because he knows “winners”, calls out a big name agent who just so happens to manage KIFFIN along with 90% of coaches within the league. What successful coach would leave to become apart of this circus?
Also, this is the same guy who shipped a random tiger from Florida named Omar to tiger stadium for a game, says LSU should build a Charlie Kirk statue, and posted a video just days after the NYE attack on Bourbon street that “restaurants and stores are open for business!”
How does he hold the position of governor in the state of Louisiana?

I've seen Alexander and Harris play very bad.
Alexander and Harris might be 1% better which is why they see the field more. Which goes back to my point about the drop-off not being that big.

Yea Harris and Alexander didn't look great either..
I'm basing the statement on the fact that the guys that are unavailable aren't particularly lock down guys. It's not like we are going from Stingley to Stamps.
I believe he's available. Why we don't see/hear about him more often, I have no idea..

I like Zy Alexander and Denver Harris but................. I promise you the drop off to the freshman corners is not that big of a difference if there is any. I'm honestly confused as to why these guys haven't seen the field in a larger role yet this season. Stamps was the breakout star in fall camp and Welch was a break out star in spring ball. They'll make mistakes, but I ultimately think they surprise some people who are writing them off.
The good news is that Bryce young/Tua, Jeudy, Waddle, Smith aren't walking out the tunnel for Bama on Sat.

Stars aligning for a WIN in Tuscaloosa

This year has been weird. Most people around the country are seeing how explosive this LSU offense is and think "how does this team have 2 losses".
I'm actually pretty confident that this LSU team beats bama again. You almost have to try hard to have 3 losses on your record with how dominant this offense is, despite the play of the defense (which is getting better).
The three best teams on your schedule are FSU, Ole Miss, and Bama. This LSU team has yet to have their "big win" game, and with the way the offense is playing and the improvements being made on the defensive side of the ball, all the signs point to a big win in Tuscaloosa against a good, not great, Alabama team.
Maybe I'm wrong and this team does the unthinkable and loses all three of the big games with the best offense/QB in the country, but it feels like we'll steal this one.

Im all about supporting the troops but... feels like we're trying a little too hard to make the opposing team feel comfortable in this game. Obviously I think we win, but it would be such a tough look if we drop this game with our camo endzones.

The coaching staff is pretty vocal about being "fundamentally sound" and "doing the little things right". The weird thing is that this is one of the most un-fundamentally sound LSU defenses I've ever seen. Matt House was possessed by Bo Pelini last night.
Giving up 700 yards to ole miss and being ranked 114 defensively is 100% on coaching. I know we don't have first rounders in the secondary but my God..... our players are not this bad.
