Is the process for SRO the same as it was in 2023?

Also, do they still cost $45?

I’m reading that last year they were $80 each for SRO and for the finals, they do a lottery/drawing for those in line at the box office at Schwab and if your number is drawn you can buy 4 max. If your number is not drawn before they sell out of SRO…well…good luck on the secondary market.
Wife and I had a rental property in Old Jefferson Subdivision--house sat on a slab almost two feet high and we still had 18" to two feet of water inside. Tenants ended up losing everything because they didn't think they would need renter's flood insurance. Was sad across the board. We flipped the house and had them back and in the house in like two months...completely renovated on the inside.

My mother was even more unfortunate. She had six feet of water in her house as she lived in the lowest part of that same subdivision. Claycut Bayou took no prisoners.

I barely got her Nissan Frontier out of the subdivision in time--had to drive it through four feet of water and definitely felt the tires leave the ground for a moment. I had luckily known to veer toward the higher sidewalk next to the street a moment before. The tires caught the ground again just in time for me to keep the truck's momentum moving toward the lower water levels and to safety.

Ended up getting the same contractor who flipped our rental property to do the same for my mom's house and she, luckily, sold and moved back home to Texas a few years later. We ended up selling our rental property after our same tenants broke their lease (all good there--they did it the right way) and got away from that property.

Definitely a stressful time for many who lost so much.
Only problem is that he (Corey Spurlin, Assoc DOB @ Auburn) is a Moorhouse/Wickes/Roy King alum and a rumor that still floats around from time-to-time is that Moorhouse & Talley @ LSU didn't get along very well. Band has been on the decline since the LSU SOM took over.
This is my ringtone. This song and "All of the Lights" ftw.
