the safety of an internet message board, if you had Byrd or another of these guys who you so openly bash I bet you'd be their number one fans all of the sudden!
Tell them what time it is!

I know, you'd tell them what time it is!

Here's a question: What in the world are we going to do when he leaves this year?

Promote the water boy and some other undergrad to special teams coach so we can screw that one up too.
My dad could beat up your dad, and my weiner is bigger than yours!
I think all of the fans here criticizing the players should put down your playstation and quit pretending you have any understanding of what the team goes through. Stop thinking because you can beat the computer on Xbox, that you are anywhere near the level of our players. This garbage is starting to look like a Glenn Guilbeau article.

A lot of our receivers are having a hard time adjusting to the QB err uhh "situation" that we have going on. He's an outstanding athelete and like most of them the frustration of the ordeal is catching up with them. Byrd has been hung out to dry by Lee allowing the defense to tomahawk him several times this year.

I didn't see it, and I'm not sure how anyone could have. Don't you know he has the whole You Can't See Me thing going for him. :dude:
I think that many of the Big 12 defenses are suspect, but that is the style of football they play. I'm not sure that their high powered offenses would match up very strong against some of the better defenses in the SEC. That being said, overall the Big 12 is the conference to beat this year.

Look, I don't care one way or the other but being stationed in the military or being away at college is different than having an established principle residence in one state while claiming residency in another. I don't care if Saban voted in the West Virginia, Alaska, and Florida primary but that doesn't change the fact that he is a resident of the state of alabama.

This is a dumb argument......Think about it. While living in Virginia (in the military) i hadn't been home in Baton Rouge in a year, however it was considered my primary residence. Another scenario......My parents maintain their primary residence in Baton Rouge, although they stay 51 weeks out of the year in Destin, Fl. Does that make them liars, no. They pay taxes to our state, and that is where they vote. To call them a liar because they spend the majority of the well deserved retirment in Destin yet they prefer to maintain residency in Louisiana is ridiculous. If you want to call him a liar, please find a better argument than something that is so common to our military, students, retirees, and so many other people.

"Trev Albert on"

I got sick and knew better than to keep reading right there. For some odd reason I had to keep reading, and found myself even happier that comb over was fired!

this has to be the most absolute dumbest thread ever, and should be not just moved from this board but deleted all together. I spent several years in the military away from Louisiana, and voted for Louisiana races in each one. This is turning into a "my dad can beat up your dad" argument real quick. just make it go away! :spank:

Saban's Dad is Ivan Drago!
well that would be a sure invitation to Coates Hall!
Too bad the guy that was here bragging about calling Kirk Herb a douche at the restaurant wasn't with you. That may have been legen..... wait for it, wait for it....dary!
i could be stuck in a groundhog day moment, but isn't this thread tired? We've been to the top twice in the last five years, and rushing the field is a rookie experience. Act like we've been there!
See below from Eddie Nunez, who is an associate athletic director. I emailed him to see since my group tailgates near the corner of dalrymple and highland. i left my name and email info off the message, but this response is directly from him.

[i]To my knowledge, the entire parade ground area is reserved for LSU Salutes and will not be available to typical tailgating activities this weekend. I apologize but this event was coordinated and approved through the University and not the Athletic Department. I wish I would have additional information to provide.
Respectfully,

Eddie Nuñez
