It would be more beneficial for LSU to play Florida IMO.

I really wish we could just run a pro-style offense. No more 5-wide sets out of the shot-gun, just simplify the playbook because every Saturday it looks like the offense is their own worst enemy.
I snuck into the BAMA game two years ago with another person's ID, but from what I hear, this year is different. It all really depends on who you get though to scan your ID. If they look like they don't care about their jobs, get in their lines. If they look like pricks, avoid them. Overrall, I'd advise you don't try to sneak in, you'll just get that person, whose ID you have, in trouble.

My heart says:
LSU 27
BAMA 17
-CLM finally opens up the playbook

My brain says:
LSU 13
BAMA 17
Gary Crowton had a great season with Matt Flynn, an aged quarterback. Regardless of LSU signing Metterberger or not, I don't see Miles firing Crowton. Miles seems very confident with Crowton at OC, but that just might be CLM's class showing, idk. I'm interested to see how GC would do with Metterberger at QB two seasons from now. I don't really buy the idea that every defense coordinator in the SEC has GC's offense "figured out". That's just stupid, and yea, I'm aware of GC's career.
Don't get me wrong though, I don't think GC can develop a QB and I certainly don't want to wait two seasons before seeing a decent offense. LSU definitely needs a new OC.
It's hard to defend Mile's, he makes games close games seem closer than they need to be, and it is easy to be against the Coach for the same reason.
However, lately I have been hearing a lot of "Coach Mile's record- so what? He only wins the 'gimme' games." Last time I checked, we are in the NCAA, college football, and I'd like those who are against Miles to go back and look at the "gimme" games we have won. Point is,there aren't a lot of "gimme" games in college football, especially when you play in the SEC.

Bears don't have thumbs.
If you don't say "we" when talking about your favorite team, good for you. If you do say "we" when talking about your favorite team, good for you. Bottomline, the only douches in this situation are the people who have a problem with someone from the other group so dont be a count.

While looking at it again, CLM definitely says "maybe" but I feel like he was just having fun with the press, I can't imagine him starting Lee.

Miles said "Absolutely yes". Jefferson will start, but Lee should get most snaps and yes it will be frustrating having our offense going 3 and out whenenver Jefferson is in.

Give me a hint...
Don't worry, Tenn had a bad start. They are going to get back in this game, and possibly win. There's still plenty of time.
To answer your question, no. This is conference play in college football. Teams plays better/worse every week. Both UT and UGA are talented teams who can play with anyone talent-wise.

re: Gonzales' Impact tomorrow

Posted by ag4LSU21 on 10/8/10 at 11:58 pm to
Miles said that it is "unprofessional" for an assistant coach in Gonzalez's situation to tell his new team's defense what his old team's offensive tendencies are. However, he did set up our offense in line-ups similar to Fla's during practice this week.

What to expect from Florida's DBs???

Posted by ag4LSU21 on 10/8/10 at 11:54 pm
I haven't heard much about their secondary, but I'd like to know what kind of group they are. What kind of experience do they have and how do they compare talent-wise to LSU's secondary?
Thanks

I agree with this.
I'm fairly confident that the booing will not be nearly as bad as last week. The majority of people, including myself, think it's incredibly idiotic and yields no positives, only negatives.
Today, be the Tiger Fan you're expected to be, yell like hell for your team and against the others, like it should be, and if anyone boos around you, tell them to STFU. As soon as that sad individual knows that everyone around him thinks he's the pathetic loser that he really is, he'll shut up and start to pout with his arms crossed, which I'm fine with.
It's amazing how much team morale can affect a game, let's make sure our team's is where it should be.
