re: Anyone here have experience with their own construction company?
Posted by Albert3 on 6/8/23 at 3:18 pm to BayouBengals21
Absolutely! Having your own construction company can be an exciting venture. When it comes to insurance, it's crucial to have adequate coverage. Most industrial construction projects typically require contractors to carry liability insurance, workers' compensation insurance, and possibly property insurance. Besides forming an LLC and obtaining insurance, other key requirements may include a Contractors license ( LINK ), bonding, permits, and safety certifications. Whether to 1099 the workers or hire them as employees depends on various factors such as the nature of the work and legal obligations. Consulting with an attorney or accountant can provide valuable guidance tailored to your specific situation. Good luck with your project!

It is difficult to say whether the pricing is good or not without knowing more about the condition of the shipping container and the market in your area. Generally The pricing you have mentioned is generally considered to be good value for money, however prices can vary depending on the condition of the container and location. Used containers LINK may be less expensive, but could require additional repairs or modifications. It is best to shop around and compare prices before making a purchase.
re: Deviated Septum Surgery

I had it, and it was worth it. I was in my mid-twenties and had a deviated septum and a big honking hump right in the middle of my nose. I was self-conscious about it and so I researched a lot and found that I could totally get the nose job done (LINK ). Decided to go for it and wasn't disappointed. Everything went well and it looked freaking awesome. I felt more confident than ever before, and even got a few chicks because of my new good looks. So yes, I think it is worth it.
