I had it, and it was worth it. I was in my mid-twenties and had a deviated septum and a big honking hump right in the middle of my nose. I was self-conscious about it and so I researched a lot and found that I could totally get the nose job done (LINK ). Decided to go for it and wasn't disappointed. Everything went well and it looked freaking awesome. I felt more confident than ever before, and even got a few chicks because of my new good looks. So yes, I think it is worth it.
