Started Meat Wagon this week. Loving the super sets. Day one is a heavy leg killer. RFESS then heavy back squats is a beat down.
I’m open to suggestions on that too. I haven’t decided. I don’t want to spend a ton on one. The Smittybilt tents seem like a good affordable option.
I have a hard shell Bakflip tonneau cover on my 2019 Silverado. It’s a 3 panel folding cover. I’m wanting to add a bed rack to accommodate a rooftop tent. I don’t care about being able to fold open the tonneau cover when the rack is installed. I would like the rack to be fairly easy to install/remove as I won’t use it day to day.
I’ve enjoyed the mullet. I’ve definitely noticed gains in my upper back and arms. Deadlift seems to have improved as well. I like the 4 day a week programs so I can get a run in on Wednesday and Saturday.
Finishing up "The Mullet" and thinking of running "Meat Wagon Remastered" next. Anyone have experience with it?
