Bluetooth with NCAA 09 PS3

How do I set up my Bluetooth mic to use while playing online on NCAA09? I have it registered with my PS3, and have played other games with it before. I just can't figure out how to use it on NCAA09,
I finished it last night. It's pretty cool.

Friends don't hear your custom sounds when playing online. Still don't know how to easily invite a friend to play online. Anyone? PS3
