And he potentially could have had the Oles Miss job, probably with a degree of fanfare? That takes some balls, that takes some moxie. I'm coping my ever-loving arse off, but maybe we got our guy.
Trole nation on suicide watch.

Temu Napier is what some are saying. I do feel like you would have to win a mini-lottery on who was the OC to do anything with this guy to contend in the SEC.

It'd be a horrible hire, and yet another fireable offense for Starkville Strick. I'm just saying Sumrall doesn't sound like SlingBilly at all to me.

He even sounds like that dumb hick Napier holy shite same fricking guy

I would not approve of this hire, but this dude sounds NOTHING like Napier.
If it's Sumrall, look, it's probably Billy 2.0, I won't lie this time. But at least he has SEC coordinator experience, he obviously won't be a stubborn a-hole who refuses to hand over the reins on offense, did the whole "step up" job thing, and was never fired for being bad at his job, like Billy was at Clemson.

It's cope, but it's all I got.

Ill take that all fkn day

FWIW, it's Tennessee's offense more or less, and according to them it's gotten worse sense he left. Give him elite NIL and we're making waves.
If by some chance Lincoln Riley is available, you go get him. Period.

If not, Golesh. Anyone else and it's the Hindenburg.

Aleksey Goleshnikov the Russian asset you say? I'm his handler, he said he wants $10 mil in nonsequential unmarked bills for me to hold until the season ends. Meet at campsite in Loch Loosa at 4am and bring vodka.

I like this.

Golesh is 22-15

And USF was the worst program in the country when he took over, like LITERALLY. Context is key, you under stand what that means, right?

But since you're such a brilliant football mind, how bout we go scoop up Norvell from Trailerhassee? I mean, he is "elite" after all.
quote:

Now go get Golesh

Absolutely. Casuals with no ball knowledge be damned!

You're an idiot, I'm sorry. Dude instantly rebuilt the deadest college football program in the country, and he didn't have a generational QB, hell last year he didn't even have Brown, he was hurt basically all season.

You're a troll and your opinions mean less than nothing. I mean, this is the guy who called Mike fricking Norvell "elite".
Thank heavens, it's a Thanksgiving to be thankful for!

I know, I know, not everyone would've gotten behind Golesh, but he was my guy after Kiffin. Unless we get some eleventh hour miracle, we're getting done in. Put ALL his eggs in the Kiffin (noted troll, noted flake) basket, and probably has no real backup plan. Unbelievable.

This shite better work out somehow, Starkville man, because I'd bet dollars to donuts your arse depends on it.
Absolutely terrific hire if true. Give dude the support he needs and he's gonna soar. Hopefully when we're firing Doofwitz or whoever n three years, the next AD will have enough sack to steal him away from Pig country.

iring a G5 coach is acceptable kind of way.

Golesh or Doofwitz, who ya got?

Urban was "G5", by the way.

I think we get the USF coach

And non attentive fans, "non ball knowers" if you will, would bitch about it, but Golesh is a really good fricking coach. He's going to succeed big time somewhere, I strongly believe that.

We're getting worked...

He's not going to LSU and he's not coming to Florida, he's statying at Ole Miss.

Lane is only doing the crap to get whatever further financial commitment from Ole Miss he thinks he needs, nothing more. Both our programs should honestly just move on at this point.
I'm for some reason more convinced than ever Lane is staying at Ole Miss. If he were to leave by some slim chance, I believe it'd be to Florida, (I think there's an almost zero percent chance he goes to LSU) but I honestly think he's just doing all this to get more commitment from Ole Miss.
