I think we actually did have one of those towards oak grove 20 years ago. Or maybe it was a gas station with a Taco Bell? However to act like combo fast food places is as good as it gets here is ignorant. We have nice hotels and many great locally owned restaurants. ...

It seems like alot of our hotels are booked. In helping family find a place to stay over Christmas, we came across a lot of airbnb places, many of which were convenient to campus. I would definitely check there. ...

I have lived in Hattiesburg for over 20 years, and while most things are conveniently located on the main road, there is a lot more to Hattiesburg than that.
Mugshots makes a good burger, but I would not even put them in my top 15-20 places to eat here. ...

Also a long time Hburg resident. long time lurker here, but set up account today to see if I could help anyone out.
I would also add Midtowner (Bfast and lunch), Shipley's doughnuts, T Bones, Patio 44, Porter and Stricks to the Food List. (I think South mouth Deli is closed)
