There is park that has a launch and pavilion. Not really a marina tho but it gets a big crowd. Closest gas is probably 10 minutes but not really ideal having to load the boat to fill

They just hired a new super. And are hiring people for maintenance. Looking promising for now.
I hope they keep it up as I live 15 minutes from there and would love to not have to drive over an hour every time I want to play.
It will probably be pricey as it was $95 for 18 on the weekend before the rework I’m pretty sure. But I started playing golf when they only had 9 open.

I don’t know the depths of the redesign besides they reworked the greens and some drainage. I went out to range last weekend and they said they are hoping to reopen in July. If that hold true then they were closed for a little over a year. Rumored to be like a 4mil redesign but some of that might of went to the hotel itself. I think all the construction is done and they just waiting on the grass to grow from what the range guy told me.

A.J Carter was a RB that came out of Many but he didn’t go to LSU. Went to Arizona State. The TE did go to LSU

It was Labor Day 2022. I could be wrong about the flipped 9. But I’m pretty sure I played what they called the front 9 and mentioned they had been flipped. Definitely didn’t play the par 5 that you tee off at by the club house

They did state when I was there that the 9s had been flipped. The front 9 are easier holes and they were all pretty flat. Did not start or end at clubhouse. It was a couple minute cart drive around the pond. Kinda of goes off the right side of the club house by the driving range.
Back nine starts at the club house and goes left. Someone can correct me if I’m wrong. I thought I played the front nine.

I only played the front nine but if I remember correctly you should be able to hit driver on most holes. I know I did but that not saying much cause at the time the I was topping most of my drives.
The only thing I don’t like about the course was the houses on the side of the course. Wasn’t many but enough to bother me.
I plan to go back soon. If I go before March I’ll report back

I played it around Labor Day I believe and it has been the nicest course I have played. Not saying much since I started playing at the beginning of the summer. Have played Cypress Bend, Lsu, Huntington Crooked Hollow and Querbes in Shreveport.
The course was in great shape and the pace of play was great. We didn’t wait for any shots. I showed up without a tee time but the lady did say I should call if I wanted to play weekends when I asked her how busy they typically were. Club house is super nice but didn’t eat there. Pro shop is small but nice.

Did you buy the bag like that or add the emblems yourself?

Thanks Project. Was wanting to see talent differences between staffs. And what he brought in that contributed last year. That definitely helps

Do you happen to have a list of all the players that have committed or transferred in since Jay has been coach.
Got curious. If you don’t have one all good I’ll research it. Appreciate the thread.
