Looks like an older design Griswold manufacturer... I have one the same without the 1102 and use it extensively for frying anything that needs added space for steaming. I went to the ARC or Goodwill and found me a nice glass-lid for its cover and I'm happy with its accomplishments. Besides, the real fake ones have severe pitting inside and out. Avoid those to prevent iron contamination with your oil or food.
