A school that needs a coach stop looking for a good HC. Schools should look for great O/D coordinators, that is where it is at., imo
Instead of throwing coaches in the washing machine and rinse and repeat there is a reason why you keep throwing coaches in the washing machine.
Why not go for the very best coordinators in football? It would seem to take a chance on these coaches would be a better option than using HC musical chairs.
