I agree somewhat with the original post in that I think it is just group think. I personally enjoy the PMAC with all purple seats. It's a fantastic arena but do with the bathrooms were larger. I don't but concessions so cannot address that. However, I find most people just want to complain - two years after a new stadium/arena is built, they will complain about something. From the exterior, I don't think it looks aged/dated at all. Unlike some venues that were built in the 70s, the shape/color etc really date it.
