I like what I've seen from him so far. We shall see. Tech has lacked a passing offense in the years we had Dooley, it'll be interesting to see what he does as he moves towards the spread.

why do you care? If you're an LSU follower then according to the mass droves of fans like you Tech shouldn't even be on your radar.
If it is.. then there is something much greater at work here.
Possibly a fear of Tech becoming a true power?

The bottom line is really very simple.
What does Tech have to gain from a W against nlulm? Nothing.
What does Tech have to lose with an L? Everything.
Of course we're not going to play you. We'll just continue to widen the gap between our schools for the next 5-10 years and then we'll schedule you for homecoming just to drive the point home.
Incidentally... who didn't fulfill their end of the deal last time we had a home/home contract? Last I heard nlulm still owes us.

Now that that's out of the way... Why don't you nlulm homers just come over to Ruston? You're more than welcome and the game atmosphere is great. You've got a real opportunity to be a part of something great happening in North La. Don't buy into that delusional stuff that your paper keeps printing... we're moving on with or without.
