10 gallon cast iron GUMBO

I am looking to cook a Chicken and Sausage Gumbo in my 10 gallon cast iron pot. I have cooked jambalaya and pastalaya in it before, but I would like to be able to cook a good gumbo in it for when it gets cold. Anyone have any good recipes? I have seen stalecracker and southernboys recipes on youtube, I was just wondering if yall think either one of them have the best gumbo or if anyone else knew a better one. Please help!

Best Pastalaya Recipe for a 10 gallon cast iron pot?

Hey guys,

I recently bought a Carolina Cooker (10 gallon) cast iron pot for cooking jambalaya for large gatherings. I have a recipe for the jambalaya. HOWEVER, I really enjoy Pastalaya more than jambalaya. So my question to you guys is:

What is the best pastalaya recipe that you know of? Something that would work best in the cast iron pot. I will take all recipes and/or youtube videos that you think are best.

If all works out, I may take a drive up to Kentucky and cook for the victims of the recent tornados there.
