I’m starting paleo come the new year. Also thinking about taking the neurolink supplement. Thoughts?

I have no doubt that I have anxiety but I feel like it’s because of my condition not causing it.

I do not take any medication currently. I have tried some SSRIs in the past.

KoozieKing, yes - I remember the exact morning I woke up with it and the night before. Nothing traumatic happened that I can remember. I was in high school at the time.

I really do not think mindfullness could help alleviate these symptoms. I truly feel like I have something physically wrong with me.

tenderfoot tigah - my diet isn't that great but I do lift heavy a couple times a week

Help Needed

I need answers to my health and can’t seem to find them.

I’ve had debilitating brain fog for nearly 12 years. I literally woke up one morning and my life was changed and hasn’t been the same since. I was up late the night before drinking energy drinks and alcohol and wonder if I messed up my brain. I’ve been to countless doctors and my blood work is always fine.

Symptoms include: feeling disconnected and spaced out, difficulty concentrating and focusing, poor memory, speech not as fluent, light sensitivity, tired all the time, poor sleep - I’m just not myself anymore and mentally am a different person. My symptoms are strictly mental and not physical as I’m able to occasionally workout and do things. I don’t have any physical pain.

I’ve had a brain MRI and EEG done - all normal. I’ve had a sleep study done - normal. I’ve had T levels checked - normal. Thyroid - normal.

Doctors have continuously had no answers. They usually take the lazy diagnosis of anxiety since they can't find anything else but I'm not sold on it given how sudden my symptoms began. I've tried SSRIs and they don't seem to help much either.

Any advice is appreciated...
