4600 was the highest I saw. It would fluctuate between that and 4200 while adjusting trim and jack plate

I have a hydraulic jack plate also and messed with height for a while so I don’t think it’s that.

Recently purchased an Xpress H22 and finished the break in period this week. Went to go WOT and all I could get out of it was 47mph and 4600rpm. That’s GPS speed. One person and a full tank of gas and nothing else in the boat. It came with a power tech 23 degree 3 blade. I know from reading other threads and forums that the RPM I’m getting is not correct but I’m also very conflicted on which direction to go for a new prop so any help would be appreciated!
